NOTE: If you have other insurances, please inform us, and will inform our availability

2. Intake Session (55 minutes)

 

We map your history, strengths, and goals; you’ll leave
with initial strategies to start using right away.


3. Ongoing Sessions

Typically weekly or bi-weekly, with check-ins on what’s working and adjustments as needed.

Telehealth statewide: HIPAA-compliant video sessions anywhere in Virginia

Self-pay available (HSA/FSA eligible)

We verify benefits prior to your first appointment and share your expected costs.

Good Faith Estimate: If you’re not using insurance, you’re entitled to a Good Faith
Estimate of expected charges.


Note: Coverage varies by plan. We confirm benefits and obtain any authorizations prior to
starting.

​We support primary care and chiropractic plans by addressing stress, anxiety/depression, sleep disturbance, pain-related distress, return-to-work, and occupational stress.

 

With patient consent, we can share an intake summary after the first session and periodic updates.
